2 Ingredient, LOW CARB, PROTEIN PACKED, CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

IMG_4355Do you ever just crave something SWEET and CHOCOLATEY? Maybe before bed, when you're stressed, after lunch, or even for breakfast? πŸ˜‰ I know I sure do!! In my younger days, I would have grabbed a snickers bar...but now that I have my head on straight(er), I reach for something a little healthier, with a few less ingredients. And this little gem of a dessert is one of my favorite sweet and chocolatey things around. Let me tell you a couple reasons why. First of all, there are only 2 ingredients. (My kind of recipe!) It is low carb, and high in protein. From start to finish, it takes a good 20 seconds to make. (Talk to momma!) My husband and boys love it, and I just can't get enough of it. I hope you love it as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

1 scoop of Jamie Eason's Lean Body for Her Chocolate Protein

Now for the directions... it is PRETTY tricky, so pay close attention πŸ˜‰

Directions:

Put all ingredients in nutri-bullet or blender of some sort and BLEND until it wont blend anymore πŸ™‚ Wallah! Now grab a spoon and shovel it before your family sees and wants some. πŸ˜‰

This is a higher fat dessert. But if you're eating low carbs, then high fat is good. Just keep an eye on those macros. If you can fit it in, try it. If you can't, try it anyways. You wont be sorry! πŸ™‚
