INSTANT POT HONEY GARLIC TURKEY MEATBALLS

HONEY GARLIC TURKEY MEATBALLS
– Stick a fork in ‘em and enjoy this delicious dish as an appetizer or serve over brown rice or spaghetti squash as a main meal. I can’t even tell you how many times I have made these delicious meatballs. All of my family requests them at every get together we have. I usually make around 150 meatballs for my family of 17 to snack on, and they don’t last longer than 20-30 minutes. Last time I made them, my brother went back and filled his plate 4 times…aaaaaand, they were gone. Whaaaaaaa??? Needless to say, they are amazing! So double, triple, quadruple the recipe and get ready for the compliments! They’re coming your way!

HELPFUL TIP!
Make a bunch in bulk and freeze, then heat up for quick after school snacks, busy weekend lunches, or throw some in tupperware to eat on the go! (We are busy with Jiu Jitsu five nights a week so my INSTANT POT is a lifesaver. I personally prefer to buy frozen, fully cooked meatballs – Trader Joes has some yummy ones – and I use my INSTANT POT on pressure cooker mode. Dinner is ready in a flash!
