3 INGREDIENT CLEAN EATING PANCAKES

Looking for an easy, clean eating, recipe for pancakes? You've come to the right place!! These are another one of my family's favorites (Yes, I know...we have a million favorites. But you'll see... they're SO amazing!) I LOVE making these delicious, SUPER EASY, 3 ingredient, CLEAN EATING pancakes for breakfast! They're so simple and yummy that I've even made them mid-day when we're all wanting some kind of sweet snack! Did I mention they're loaded with protein? My boys love them, and have told me that they are the best pancakes they've ever had! 🙂 SCORE! And let me just tell ya, it sure makes my heart happy knowing that they're eating something so nutritious for their little growing bodies, while still being delicious as can be, and requiring JUST 3 SIMPLE & HEALTHY INGREDIENTS!!! 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
3 ripe bananas
6 whole eggs
1/3 cup Organic Coconut Flour
(if you don't have coconut flour, you can use oat flour. Just put plain dry Whole Oats
in the blender or Nutri-Bullet and blend until it is flour consistency, then use 1/3 cup.)

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour onto hot, greased (I use coconut oil) skillet/frying pan. I like to add some fresh organic blueberries on top before I flip them. And get this, instead of dousing the sweet little cakes with syrup, we spread All Natural Peanut Butter on top! De-lish!!! I hope your family loves these as much as mine does!
